Meetu is the Founder and Managing Director of Makreo Research and Consulting, a global market intelligence firm headquartered in Mumbai with clients across 50+ countries spanning North America, Europe, the Middle East, and South-East Asia. She has over 15 years of experience in market research, strategy, and business development across Agriculture, Healthcare, BFSI, Logistics, Retail, and Technology sectors.

Meetu founded Makreo in 2020 and has since led engagements with leading financial institutions in the Philippines and Indonesia, Qatar's largest warehousing company, and top-tier players in the retail and packaging industries. Prior to Makreo, she served as Director of Strategy and Planning at Ken Research, where she led international business development and research operations for over six years.

Earlier in her career, Meetu founded AM Mindpower Solutions, a consulting firm serving clients in investor relations, brand management, and market research. She is a founder and investor in two companies. She holds an MBA in Marketing from ICFAI University.

Rajni Suri is the Chief Operating Officer of Makreo Research and Consulting, bringing over 30 years of leadership experience to the role. She oversees the firm's day-to-day operations, organisational processes, and domestic growth strategy, ensuring that Makreo's research and consulting deliverables consistently meet the highest standards of quality and execution.

Rajni's career has been defined by her ability to build and sustain complex organisations from the inside. Prior to joining Makreo, she served as Principal Consultant with a leading education group, where she managed the institution's entire operational ecosystem, spanning academics, administration, human resources, stakeholder engagement, and strategic planning.

Rajni's leadership style is anchored in empowering people and building teams that take ownership of outcomes. Her combination of operational rigour, deep management expertise, and an intuitive understanding of organisational dynamics makes her a cornerstone of Makreo's growth story.

Shalu is a seasoned finance and business leader with over 18 years of experience across multiple continents, bringing deep expertise in Financial Management, Business Planning, M&A, Budgeting, Costing, Foreign Exchange, and MIS Analytics. She has a strong track record of driving financial discipline and strategic growth across organisations in diverse industries and geographies.

Throughout her career, Shalu has led cross-functional finance teams, partnered with senior leadership on strategic planning and capital allocation, and played an instrumental role in mergers and acquisitions from due diligence through to integration.

Her international exposure across varied regulatory and economic environments has sharpened her ability to navigate complexity and deliver results in high-pressure, fast-evolving business contexts.
